30-day money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the original order date for any reason. ALF also includes a 15-day free trial, so you can evaluate the Service before being charged.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email associated with your purchase, or
• Email us at carlos@themarketingfork.com and we will help arrange your refund through Paddle.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer and typically takes 5–10 business days after Paddle issues the refund.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or via Paddle's customer portal. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of your current billing period. Cancellation alone does not generate a refund — request one as described above if you are within the 30-day window.
